I provide support for adolescents who are experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties, in a warm and accepting therapeutic space. The aim of this therapy, is for the client to learn a greater degree of self-understanding and meaning-making, in the setting of a confidential and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Therapy is about making contact with the client. How this develops within the session, depends on the person’s specific needs. During a session with me, the client can work through issues using; talking, drawing, painting, drama, sandtray, music, movement, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural techniques.
