The process of Biodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling can empower the client to discover reasons behind unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors. While working with a qualified Psychotherapist, the client can take the time, to examine issues that maybe affecting their life negatively. Working within a safe, supportive and confidential environment, the client can discover ways of dealing effectively with these issues. Biodynamic psychotherapy emphasises the importance of the body, in achieving and maintaining emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well being. By expanding awareness, psychotherapy provides an opportunity for the client to discover his/her inner voice and find the courage express it. I work using an Integrative approach which I adapt according to each individual’s personal needs, working with a wide range of issues including;

- Abuse (physical, sexual or emotional)
- Relationship Difficulties
- Panic Attacks

Depending on the presenting issue clients attend for either short term or long term therapy.
